Ingredients:
- 2 Cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1-2 lbs of Chicken tenders, drumsticks, or Pork chops
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbs Mishou Magic seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Coat metal baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Combine panko bread crumbs, salt, and Mishou Magic seasoning in a large mixing bowl and mix evenly.
- Beat an egg in a small mixing bowl.
- Moisten meat with the beaten egg. Shake off excess.
- Coat meat in all sides by pressing firmly directly into the coating mix.
- Bake on baking sheet for 20 mins for pork chops and boneless chicken and 45 mins for bone in chicken. Be sure that the meat has reached the proper internal temperature.
Mishou Magic Tip:
- If you’re too lazy to mix your own you can just add Mishou Magic to Kraft Extra Crispy Oven Fry and you basically get the same thing.
