Over the last 5 years I have perfected this seasoning mix and literally cook with it every night. Seriously… Every night. Ask Sarah… Every night. You would think that we would get tired of it but we just can’t get enough of it. We love it so much that we wanted to share it with all of you. Warning it may be addictive.
I may have a spicier pallet than most and this seasoning is spicy but most people who have tried it don’t find it overpowering. If you are sensitive to spicy food you may want to go light on this but give it a try anyway. There is a lot more than heat in this stuff.
In order to assist you on your journey with this magical spice we have assembled some of our favorite Mishou Magic family recipes.
Mishou Magic is all natural and salt-free. What’s great is you get to choose how much salt to add to your favorite recipes.
Mishou Magic Tip:
- Throw out your spice cabinet now… This is the only jar you’ll ever need again.
- No matter what any recipe says here or in the wild; always trust your own instincts and be sure your meat is cooked thoroughly. I usually use the eyeball test but thermometers work better.
- If you think an ingredient is missing or there is one you think would be good go ahead and add it. You only live once and you might just stumble on something almost as good as Mishou Magic Seasoning.
