Ingredients:
- Fish / Chicken Tenders
- Salt (optional)
- Avacado / Olive Oil (or any oil with a high cooking temperature)
- Mishou Magic Seasoning
Directions:
- Rinse meat and lay it out on a cutting board.
- If adding salt sprinkle salt over the meat.
- Sprinkle Mishou Magic seasoning over the meat covering it entirely.
- Allow the spice to adhere to the meat then turn the meat over and repeat steps 2 and 3.
- Lightly coat a large non-stick skillet with oil and preheat to med-high.
- Once the oil is hot, add the meat and cook until the seasoning has blackened, turn the meat and blacken the other side.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with Mishou Magic Spiced Rice, red beans and rice and mixed vegetables or oven roasted herb potatoes.
Mishou Magic Tip:
- Always cook extra chicken. Leftovers are great in pastas, salads or cooked into a jambalaya or gumbo.
