Grilled Meat

Ingredients:

  • Meat
  • Salt
  • Mishou Magic Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Rinse meat and lay it out on aluminum foil or a large cutting board.
  2. Sprinkle salt over meat
  3. Sprinkle Mishou Magic seasoning over meat covering it in entirety.
  4. Allow the seasoning time to adhere, turn meat, and repeat steps 2 and 3.
  5. Cook on grill.

Steak, Chicken Drumsticks, chicken tenders, Boneless skinless chicken breast

Worth the wait: 

Succulent Chicken Breasts

Prepare as above but use bone in chicken breast with the skin on.  No need to coat the underside with seasoning.  Inject the chicken breast with your favorite injectable marinade. 

If you never used an injectable marinade before look for the injectable butter, jalapeno butter, or garlic herb marinades at your local grocery store.

Cook ribs down and do not turn for one-hour or until it has reached the proper internal temperature.

Mishou Magic Tip:

  • When cooking drumsticks, even if you think they are done, cook them a little more.  Not only will you be sure they are cooked thoroughly; but when the skin is just a little blackened and crispy, you’ll never taste a better drumstick in your life.
